Booksy Gift Cards – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) 

1. How do I purchase a Booksy Gift Card? 

To buy a gift card, follow these steps: 

1. Go to your provider’s Booksy profile and select Show Gift Cards. 

2. Choose the gift card you want, review the details, and click Buy Gift Card. 

3. You’ll be redirected to the checkout screen. If you have a saved payment method, you can use it; otherwise, you'll need to add one. Click Buy Gift Card to complete the purchase. 

2. Where can I find my purchased Gift Cards? 

Once purchased, your gift card will be available in your account. You can: 

- Tap the Go to My Gift Cards button after purchase. 

- Access it anytime under Profile > Gift Cards in your Booksy account. 

3. How can I share a Gift Card with someone? 

You can share a gift card in two ways: 

- Take a screenshot of the card, including the code, and send it to the recipient. 

- Click the Download PDF button to save and share the file. You will also receive an email with a PDF of the gift card for easy gifting. 

4. Can I use a Gift Card for online payments? 

No, Booksy gift cards cannot be used for online payments, cancellation fees, or prepayments. They can only be redeemed with your provider at checkout. 

5. Can I refund or exchange a Gift Card? 

Booksy gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
